They’re produced in small batches in a shared kitchen and are not gluten-free certified, so they may not be suitable for those with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies. A Note on Gluten & Allergens

All Oh My Loaf flour mixtures are made with naturally gluten-free, organic, plant-based ingredients, using simple, wholesome grains and seeds chosen with care.

At this time, our mixes are not gluten-free certified and are prepared in a shared kitchen, where gluten and other common allergens may be present. While I follow thoughtful cleaning and small-batch preparation practices, trace cross-contact is possible.

Ingredients & Allergen Awareness

Our blends may contain:

  • Gluten-free grains such as organic millet, buckwheat, sorghum, oats, and brown rice
  • Seeds, including flax, sunflower, and pumpkin
  • Yeast

Because we work in a shared kitchen, there may be trace exposure to:

  • Wheat / gluten
  • Tree nuts, soy, sesame, and other common allergens

If you have celiac disease or severe food allergies, I encourage you to use your own judgment and consult your healthcare provider. Your well-being always comes first.

As Oh My Loaf grows, my goal is to move into a dedicated gluten-free facility and pursue formal certification—so we can offer even more peace of mind in the future.

To keep things smooth and organized in my little flour-covered world, all subscription orders ship out on Mondays.

Here’s how it works:

  • If you subscribe on any day of the week—including Friday—your first order will go out on the next upcoming Monday.
  • After that, your future shipments will always be sent on the Monday closest to your renewal date, so you get a predictable rhythm (and so I can stay sane between ovens).

It keeps everything flowing, reduces waste, and makes sure I can pack every box with the care it deserves.

Our slogan says it all: Pour. Mix. Bake.

Add water, stir, let rest, and let the oven handle the magic. You’ll feel like a kitchen hero with minimal effort.

If you’re anything like me, it won’t last long (because you’ll eat half the loaf warm).

But normally:

  • 2–3 days on the counter
  • Up to 7 days in the fridge
  • 3 months in the freezer (slice before freezing for easy morning toast)
